Follow these three tips to hit your daily recommendation:
- Keep a water bottle handy throughout the day. If possible use a marked container that will allow you to track your intake.
- Drink a glass before each meal, and after each bathroom break.
- For variety, add natural flavor from pieces of lemon, lime, or cucumber.
