Choosing The Perfect Shoe | Akridge & Akridge Chiropractic
Improve your performance by choosing the right shoe!
According to a recent study, there are a few key features to look for when choosing a basketball shoe:
1) A softer midsole with good cushioning to help absorb impact
2) A high shoe collar for ankle stability when jumping and cutting
3) A good grip on the bottom of the shoe and stiffness in the forefoot for jumping, sprinting, and cutting performance
4) A lighter shoe for better jumping and cutting performance
